"Old and dated property that badly needs an upgrade as it seems to be falling apart. They have applied some quick fixes but given the size of the property they are not easy to operationalize in an economic manner. This property is in middle of nowhere, rooms are dated (think about motels in the US), bathrooms are just functional with cheap appointments, and staff seem to be demotivated. These type of properties are hard to manage given their size and struggle. Expect lot of bugs everywhere,...

"We stayed at the hotel for the second time and we really enjoyed it. Everything was perfect."

"Property is nice but I’d say solid four star not five . Rooms are large and we had a nice balcony facing the water. We were not fond of bathrooms lay out that lacked privacy . Staff were very friendly and pool and gym well equipped. All meals were buffet style which were good although I’m not a big fan of dinner buffets. Location assuming weather is good is typical beach like but on a rainy day you are limited for activities. Overall a nice stay but not great"

"The location was great - proximity to Palma, bus line, beach - but not what I would consider a 5 star hotel. Service was lacking and a bit disappointing; for example the airline lost our luggage and I asked for a brush to be delivered to our room, and it never was despite 2 calls. One morning we scheduled room service for a time indicated on their ordering card (10 am - 10:15 am); it arrived at 10:40 am after a phone call. "Amazing hotel, you get great value for money with a varied buffet-style breakfast, spa access with saunas, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pools, as well as direct access to the sea! Rooms were very clean and staff helpful and welcoming. Perfect location, with bus stop right outside and short walk to 3 different beaches and multiple beach clubs."

As someone who works in the travel industry, I have high standards and this hotel met every one of them. I highly recommend you eat at the hotel’s restaurant, my partner and I agreed this was the best meal of our 8-day trip. Kudos to this beautiful property and even better on-site team. "
