"Terrible experience. As soon as I entered the room, I was greeted by roaches crawling on the bed and walls. The room was in extremely poor condition and seemed to be falling apart. Nearly everything I touched was loose or coming off. The bed was heavily stained, and the mattress was discolored with large brown stains. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room were unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here. I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THIS PIECE OF SH*T ONE STAR!! I left so fast I...

"Our stay was really disappointing. Pool is under renovation but no one was working on it - it looks like it's been that way for a long time. The breakfast was one waffle machine, eggs, and sausages and that was basically it. There were some mystery balls out that we asked the woman working the breakfast area what they were but she didn't speak English and said "No se" which means I don't know. The second floor where our room was had no A/C, the ice machine was out of order, and half the hallway...

The grass around the hotel was high but I realize there has been a lot of rain. For my dog , we had to find an area of grass that had been recently cut for her to walk around in front of the hotel."

"The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Did not like that I had no way to make tea in my room. Do not like that they made a photo copy of my id and credit card and then made me write it down because I checked my son in the day before. Especially since it was prepared. There was no reason to do all that. I understand the card in case there was an issue after we left. But then both my card and my son’s card was charged for the same room. Needing an id for every person staying in the room...
