"Is a nice property at a good price, but it took me until morning to figure out why a higher floor was more expensive (In a 4 floor bldg). I could hear every step from the early risers in the room above me. All other things were good. It is a nice place in a convenient location."

I do wish there were different options for pillows — they were all down or some sort of down alternative and very airy, so as soon as you rest your head on them they were flat as a pancake. It would be nice if there were firmer options."

"Before we reserved our stay at the Hampton, we called to make sure there was no remodeling on the floor we could be staying on and that the pool and hot tub were open and available at the date of our stay. We were told everything was in proper order. After arriving a few days later the pool was closed for repairs. "Indoor pool was advertised but it was closed for renovations, they said it would open while I was there but then pushed it day by day and it never opened while I was there. The floor I was on was also under renovation with dirty carpets and electrical wires sticking out of the walls everywhere. Extremely loud banging from other guests constantly and even all night long for 3 nights. I told the staff and nothing happened. "Good place"

"Great suites, clean, staff amazing. Rolled in after a 9 hour drive at 10 p.m. only chips in the car. The amazing clerk gave me some homemade chicken salad from a business down the street instead of me microwaving a hot pocket. BEST ever! Did laundry in the morning, which is free if you have your own detergent, had a hot breakfast, complimentary, with so many options. Absolutely wonderful hotel."

"The sheets were dirty, and when I went to go ask, they gave me a set of clean sheets for me to do my own bed, so I told her either to refund me the money for me to do my own bed or to give me a different room. Finally, she gave me another room. & the sheets were all stained. Also not good. in the bathroom. There was a used soap. I don’t know if they even clean their rooms or not."
