"This property is two rooms next to a small hotel. There is no check-in desk, instead you are meant to fill in an online form and let them know your arrival time. We hadn't seen that instruction, and nobody answered when we phoned the number on the door at 8pm. Luckily a local was passing and was able to help contact the hotel and get us in. "The host is very polige. The room was very nice and clean. The bed slept well. It is a 20 minute walk to the centre of Troyes. You can park your car in the garden. Unfortunately, the pool was not open."
