I like the location next to the river has a nice view from outside, but this becomes a party hotel on the weekend where people wake you up at 2:30 in the morning, knocking and running up and down the hallway some people sit off the alarm the hotel smells like mold down the hallway luckily, the rooms are nice and clean had plenty of towelsdon’t eat at the restaurant. The food is horrible there oh my God this is an old rundown hotel too bad they don’t put more money into it and make it look nice. Don’t eat at the restaurant. Loved this hotel, had a Double Queen St with Balcony and it was super comfy, clean and pretty. Loved the marble bathroom. Had a bathtub for the kids. The kids loved the pool and they had poolside service (expensive but cool). Beautiful view of the Columbia

This place was like home. Loved everything about it. The staff was wonderful. The room was perfect. Beds were soooo comfortable. Balcony and the view was fabulous. The walkway on the river was beautiful. I will return soon.

Air ducts in bathroom were very dirty and caked on with dust. Hallways were a little messy/dirty. Floor 1 was freezing cold and we’re not heated like the rest of the floors. The staff member at the front desk was very friendly and nice though. So our welcome was good!

In desperate need of makeover
This is a run down, old hotel that is need of a good cleaning everywhere outside the front lobby. Front lobby gives the impression that this is a decent place. We had a river view room with a balcony. The balcony was sketchy and felt like it was going to fall right off the building and the railing was very rickety. There was a security guard that drove around the building all night with an extremely bright flashing light which lit up the room every time he drove by. I chose this place based on the reviews on hotels.com. I was very, very disappointed in the state of this property. Will not stay here again.

We had a river view room, I really enjoyed the view and would pay extra for it again. The room was clean, the mattress was very comfortable. The parking lot was patrolled by security all night and that let me relax that my car would be safe while we slept. The facilities were mostly renovated, it looks like they still have more to do. I bet it'll be really nice when it's all done. This will be our go to place when we visit Portland in the future. We can easily get to everything from there but the little island it's on has a tranquil feel and lots of stores and restaurants near by

Room was spacious and very clean. Very happy with the accommodations overall. Beds dipped in the middle though, so not the most comfortable sleep, but still adequate for the price paid.

Beautiful place by the Columbia River. We came late fall but I can see how awesome it is in summer with the pools open and the sun shining. Very convenient when comming and returning to Seattle.

Not the best place. It’s in a pretty industrial area, parking lot wasn’t well lit. Upon checking in we were given our keys and though the hotel was pretty empty staff decided to put us right next to the elevator. The room was nothing to write home about. Carpets were in need of cleaning, linens weren’t so great, and the shower had a 12” step UP to get into, and the shower floor was very slippery causing my partner to slip and hurt her leg on the square tile edge leading into the shower . Likely the most unsafe shower design I’ve ever seen. The amenities were sparse and the provided coffee very bitter and cheap. I don’t recommend this hotel, and I likely won’t be back here again, maybe avoiding holiday in / IHG altogether.

A great clean place to rest our head for the night on a midway trip to southern oregon
