"Loved this hotel. As a single female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. The location was incredibly convenient for the Hillsboro-Beaverton area, only about 15 minutes from downtown Portland by car, with the MAX Light Rail nearby as well. There’s also a great grocery store and several restaurants right across the street. The staff was fabulous, especially Jessica at the front desk. "It was okey but i didnt like that in the app when i reserved it said free breakfast and when i got their they try to charged me for the breakfast when it said it was a free breakfast ???? Also the first lady when my husband arriving and trying to to check in cause i was arriving later she was very rude and not very polite made my two sons and my husband feel very uncomfortable..!! Something i did not like cause when i call i heard her how she was talking to my son and it was very unprofessional...

"Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc"

"I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at this Hilton Garden Inn property. I made a reservation and paid specifically for a room with 2 Queen Beds. However, upon arrival, I wasn’t informed that I would be placed in a room with only 1 bed and a sofa bed. "First room had broken tub. Lighting is terrible and dark."

"I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else."
