"Lady (hardly) at the front desk was sullen, disengaged and clearly not at all suited to working in the service industry. My room had no TV remote so I picked up the sheet with the various comtact numbers on it only to discover my room also had no phone. I called reception from my cell and after 3 or 4 hangups reception suggested i go back to the front desk and get another remote. Did this and lo and behold that didnt work either. I packed up my stuff, went to reception to ask for a different room, but before i could i got to hear another guest complaining that the refridgerator in her room didnt work.
My new room came with working remote, phone and refridgerator, but the heat was not working! By this time I was too tired to complain so this went unreported."
