"Everything was great"

"Parking is easy and convenient. Attached via an elevator. The room was clean. Lots of options for food in the downtown area. The staff was very friendly and offered us cookies on check in and check out. "

"We loved the hotel’s old country elegance and the estate like setting at the foothills of Avon mountain. The beautifully wood paneled tavern room served excellent dinner with live music. Breakfast was served in the bright and airy dining room with an atrium like setting. Our room was very spacious by today’s standards and beautiful. Great for a weekend getaway."

"Lady (hardly) at the front desk was sullen, disengaged and clearly not at all suited to working in the service industry. My room had no TV remote so I picked up the sheet with the various comtact numbers on it only to discover my room also had no phone. I called reception from my cell and after 3 or 4 hangups reception suggested i go back to the front desk and get another remote. Did this and lo and behold that didnt work either. I packed up my stuff, went to reception to ask for a different room, but before i could i got to hear another guest complaining that the refridgerator in her room didnt work. My new room came with working remote, phone and refridgerator, but the heat was not working! By this time I was too tired to complain so this went unreported."
