"Unique property that has incorporated many Japanese style and functional elements. The baths are quite nice and well appointed. Unfortunately, the property has made no progress on its outside pool, as it is still closed/under construction for an extended period of time. The rooms are a good size, but the TVs are too small for the size of the room. Restaurant is unfortunately understaffed, but service is polite and professional. I would stay here, again, but do hope they are able to get...

"My first time staying at Embassy Suites I hosted my 5 year old grandson and nephews and they all had the best time we built core memories for sure! From the coy fish and wish fountains, to the airport and unobstructed view. Spacious, clean and inviting staff. The complimentary breakfast was all that and then some. "The room was clean but there were dirt smudges on the walls of the bathroom and some hair so not the greatest clean.
Aside from that, this hotel was great- rooms were lovely, breakfast was fantastic with eggs bacon etc. We had rooms with river views that were just lovely and you can crack the window open for fresh air. Outside was a fantastic walking path that we made use of. Staff was very accommodating and there was even a convenience “store” in the lobby. Overall hotel was wonderful just...

"I guess they really dont clean that much like vacuuming and wiping because there is a very dry bones of I dont know that is so visible beside the minifridge. And I found small earring in the floor. The breakfast is not much to choose but it can be filling. But the thing is, we only stayed for a night but why we need to endure on the dirt that supposed already been clean. "My husband and I have stayed here many, many times. I had to come to PDX because my daughter is in ICU. I called last Thursday and explained my situation. At noon, on 4/24 my room was all ready. Check in was super quick. I was supposed to leave on 5/1 but needed to stay longer. The hotel was booked for the weekend! Joe, the manager, told me to wait a day. Someone canceled and he was able to keep me my same room. Everyone is very helpful 🙂 The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job."

"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."
