The property was clean. The staff was efficient and helpful. The air conditioning worked very well. Parking was good. The mattress was a bit overly firm. I look forward to staying here again.
This is the best place to stay. You will never find kind and caring people who will always attend your needs and make sure you are taken care of. A great place that you will never want to leave. Thank you for your awesome buisness and employees!!

Simple nice place to stay, however walls are extremely thin and you can almost hear everting, at one point someone next to us was blasting music super early in the morning and woke us up, as well as i dropped my phone and somebody heard that downstairs as well. but other than that super nice room staff is helpful but walls are super thin.
I had a good experience at the inn, I didn't really use the amenities so I can't say much, but my room was clean, the shower was warm and the television and all the outlets worked
Awesome!! Great Employees and great housekeepers make Pepper Tree Inn the best and a place where you don't want to leave! From the front desk to the Housekeepers I have never seen such excellence and hard work and professionalism in my entire stays at other venues!
Thank You for the privilege of staying at The Pepper Tree Inn!!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
older motel but was kept in good shape. Staff was friendly. close to interstate, so a little noisey.
Our staff was wonderful! From calling before our check-in check-in as well as checkout! Comfortability of the sheets in bed was maybe a 7 out of 10.
Property was well maintained, loved having coffee in the lobby or in the morning. Some things could’ve used updates
This property gets adequate because the bed, pillows and quiet gave us a good nights sleep. The desk clerk was pleasant. However, property maintenance is lacking. The room was cleaned, but while the carpet was vacuumed, it was dingy, it needs cleaning or replacement. The toilet had grey mineral stains, no sink stopper (just a hole, which is a problem for people who wear contacts ) no complementary tissue and the toilet paper was rough, which is hard on the nose.
The grounds: trees with dead branches, dead leaves that hadn’t been removed from the parking lot and litter (plastic bottles tossed in bushes). This is a place that looks like the owners don’t intend to own it for much longer.
The website said complimentary breakfast at time of reservation, but that had been discontinued before our stay. You have to pay to get anything on the TV.
We won’t be returning to this hotel.

Pepper Tree check-in staff were very pleasant and the desk was staffed even though we arrived late in the evening. The room was extremely clean and had basic amenities with a fairly large fridge. Only one thing was wrong--the sink's water spigot required brute strength to pull out to turn on the water. The location of this motel is very good--quite close to Highway 217. There was plenty of parking too.
