"A beautiful property, easy parking, easy contactless check-in. The room was lovely, clean, spacious. The bathroom also clean and comfortable.
We skipped breakfast because we have dietary restrictions and didn’t communicate in advance, plus are very early risers and generally were he on our way out at breakfast time or before.
This was a splurge for a birthday trip and it was worth it.
The only improvement might be switching away from what seems like microfiber sheets - they really retain...

"The TV did not work. We called in a tech guy who worked for close to an hour but never fixed it. The shower did not drain. Not worth the price paid. Would not refund the room since it was purchased on Expedia."

"Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Supposed to have a shuttle from the airport. Our flight was late getting into Portland, we called the hotel multiple times but no answer. Ended up taking a 2am taxi to the hotel. Received no sympathy from the staff, just “sorry.”"

"The room itself was nice, comfortable bed, and it was clean. When I tried to order food from the restaurant the man at the front desk first transfered me to the wrong extension, then when I called back, he have me an extension number to call myself that noone answered. Also, I wasnt too happy with the selection of streaming services they had and you can't add any."

"This location is under renovation. Tape on the doors or no room numbers, stripped walls, broken windows in the lobby and back entrances, second room - soap dish and sink were dirty in the room, hair and dirt on the floors and carpet, first room - AC didn't work at all. Had to ask for a new room. Gal at the desk was friendly and accommodating with great personality. I suggested they let guests know they are under renovation on the website when booking. Smell was musty and like old cigarettes....
