"Not "queen" beds as advertised. Full size only which was less than we needed for 3 occupants. Over 4 nights, the room was never cleaned even though we requested it. Had to ask 3 times for fresh towels and more than 1 tiny bottle of shampoo. Front desk blamed housekeeping instead of taking ownership. ..."

"For an inexpensive stay, it is fine. The hotel as a whole needs to be completely updated. Quit cutting corners, collecting money, and not spending it on the property. Give your hotel life, and people will come. And give good reviews! I really love the staff. Great employees!! Thank you!"
