"Clean rooms and really good breakfast. Also the staff were nice & professional."

"We were disappointed in the fact that there was only one server, bartender and cashier at the restaurant. I understand that there is new management there and that it may be separate from the hotel, but still disappointed in the length of time it took to get drinks, order meals and then wait for the meals to arrive. The gal was running herself ragged trying to provide good service to all of the folks who were waiting, some of them left before she had a chance to take their orders. I would encourage the hotel, again it may be a moot point if this is not under your control, to see about working with the new management to staff accordingly. I did not get her name but she was amazing."

"The reception staff were always 100% helpful with information, water, or anything we needed at our room. Valet always seemed on top of things except on the precise moment we brought in a rental car but I get a sense that they gave excellent service to everyone else the rest of the time. The one negative thing we found was the restaurant. The food was overcooked and the younger servers did not seem to be focusing on the work. There was a relatively older server that always seemed on top of things. But because our breakfast was overcooked, we opted to eat at the many other downtown spots with great service and tasty options."

"Would not stay here again. My first room smelled terribly of rancid, moldy carpet, and possibly urine, forcing a room change. The amenities were a bust – the gym was closed for repair and pool hours were very shortened. The hotel is sorrowfully aged. The hotel overcharged my Expedia booked rate and tacked on an undisclosed early checkout fee that they refused to wave. Between a shady billing and poor conditions, I will not return."
