"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. After a long day of travel, I arrived late at night and immediately ran into issues. The first room had an overwhelming, unbearable odor and had to be changed. When I got to my own room around 11 PM, I found it in a clearly unsanitary condition, including visible blood that indicated it had not been properly cleaned. At that hour, I had no option to relocate as I was traveling with two elderly men and their dogs, so relocating at 11:00pm was not an option and I had to stay. I ended up using my own pillow and blanket because I did not feel comfortable using anything in the room. This was not just an inconvenience, it was a serious cleanliness and safety issue. I would strongly caution others before staying here. This property failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness and guest care."

"Didn’t appreciate the third party parking lot pay system which generated a lot of concern about how enter and exit the property. Also the barriers at the front are way too narrow making it difficult to navigate with a full size truck"

"Clean, easy to get to my room. The parking garage is tight, but the location close to the Moda Center makes it worth it."

"Parking via valet is only real option. This is a deal breaker for me as it limits your car availability to a set start and end time each day. Breakfast was okay, but not great. Only 2 coffee spots made it very hard to get coffee."

"Overall stay was good. I did not like the the policy of cleaning room every third day. Would have been better if trash and fresh towels were adressed daily."

"Unfortunately I got room 233 which is right next to a hallway chat area for guests (there is a coffee table with 4 comfortable chairs around it). Each night a different set of teenagers had conversations there past 10 PM with the noise level you'd expect of teenagers so I had to go shush them in my pajamas at 11 PM (I kept waiting for them to realize it was after 10 PM... wishful thinking on my part). There should be a card on the table or such to warn guests to be quiet after 10 PM or something of that nature."

"The pool and hot tub looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in forever. Hair kept getting on us. Bandaids and garbage on floors. No pool towels for hours. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We had dried blood on our ceiling and the smoke detector was covered by a plastic garbage bag. Mysterious stains dripping down walls in entryway of room."
