"I stay at this accommodation often. Always clean, comfortable and well equipped. The communication from Stuart is also brilliant. Usually I stay in the ground floor rooms which are lovely however this week I was put into a 1st level room and I really enjoyed the light from the large windows. Brilliant stay 10/10"

"On arrival I had a problem with my room door, after waiting in the bar for around 30 mins the very helpful young lady off reception came and offered me a free room upgrade which turned out to be very nice. Breakfast was expensive and very average, bathroom in my room was superb the rest of the hotel was a little musky smelling and in need or some work everywhere except the dinning area and the bathroom, my friends room near reception was very musky smelling and was over £100, stunning gardens...

"When you book a panoramic view room you expect a panoramic view not just the direction your window is facing, very misleading. Also a superior room which is pretty much the same as any other room with a coffee machine added. still had to ask reception to bring a heater as room heating did not work.
