"I had only one regret, which was that I could only stay at Villa Noctis for one night. Michele was a wonderful, warm, and helpful host--the rooms were quiet, spacious, and comfortable, and his dining recommendations (at i Furfanti) could not have been a more satisfying choice.
If I return to Ravenna, and I hope to do so soon, I will certainly book my stay at Villa Noctis again."

"Clean apartment staff was friendly and helpful. Up front instructions were very helpful the communication was excellent from day I reserved. The free breakfast and 10% discount was exceptional bonus. The food at restaurant was amazing best grilled calamari I have ever had. We had dinner at hotel both nights why look somewhere else when you experienced the best. Ravenna was a friendly and walkable the entire experience was A+"

"Nunca recibí correo de parte de R& B explicando la llegada y entrada al establecimiento. No está bien marcado, dimos muchas vueltas antes de llegar. Tuvimos suerte que alguien salió del edificio ( por cierto muy feo por fuera). Elevador no funciona, subimos al piso 2 con maletas. Solamente la señora de limpieza nos dio las llaves, sin explicación de cómo utilizarlas (digitales), Tuvimos problemas para salir del departamento. No servia la cafetera en la mañana; desayuno pobre. Sin luz por un rato...
