Super clean and well furnished apartment very close to the action of Porto at a great price point. The hosts were easy to communicate with, which came in handy when I had to check in super late after missing my flight from Madrid. I would stay here again.

We liked everything about this apartment. The weather was hot during our stay in Porto so we appreciated the air conditioning and being on a shady street. Shops were close by to buy breakfast ànd we ate out every night. We could walk to most places in the town but buses and the metro station were readily accessible.The double glazing kept most of the traffic noise out ànd à comfy bed ensured a good nights sleep. We would come back here again. It was very comfortable, clean and convenient.

This was a super cute apartment, easy to find, close to everything. If you like walking, most sites are within 20 minutes. Public transport is steps away. It was very comfortable for cooking and eating and having laundry was great because this was the end of my trip. The bed was great and as a solo traveler I felt secure. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The owners/manager were responsive. I loved that the neighborhood did not feel super touristy. When needed ride services had no trouble finding it. It would be tight for more than two people, unless you have small children. Didn’t use the TV. WiFi was great. I would stay here again. Price was very good.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment which was very well equipped. Part of a small complex of apartments with a lift. Very pleased. Good facilities and supermarket close by. On quiet residential street close to bus and metro interchange.

Very clean and newly renovated apartment! A very comfortable bed so you will rest from all the walk there! The only less good side is that the isolation in the windows is not the best so you can hear the traffic outside so because of that it’s good that it’s a less busy area and totally worthy to walk a little longer to the center!!

Porto exploring

We were check in remotely so no human contact. The property owners send us code to get into the property plus code to get key into apartment. We had difficulty getting into the apartment using the key. Luckily the co owner was downstairs cleaning an apartment. She help us with the door.building has lift. Building is in a residential area and is quiet and safe. Condimente Supermarket is 5 mins walk. Lots of eating options within 10 mins walk. ViaCatarina Shoppingis 10 mins walk and have a good court and supermarket. Apartment is well equipped with TV, cooktop, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, all cutlery, plates, pots and pans. Bed is comfortable. Good WiFi. Apartment is 25 mins walk from train and long distance bus depot. The pavement are cobblestone so it was difficult dragging the suitcase. Recommended that you take the metro from train) bus depot to 24 De Agosto station. 3 mins walk. Recommended that visitors get the hop on hop off bus or the Alicante 72 hr card to get around. Porto is holly.

Very nice place, getting inside was a little confusing with the key and the turning and clicking. There’s a weird sewage smell when you use the washer/dryer and also when the neighbors use theirs. The living room could use a darken curtain like the bedroom has. Saw many baby ants but it wasn’t a big problem. Apartment is close to the train and plenty of stores. Overall I would stay again.

Convenient location

Nice place my only criticism is no soap provided in the shower and soap container at sink could not be moved. Also only one set of towels provided per person, which is not a problem, however nothing dried in the bathroom so towels had to be hung around the apartment to dry

This is a beautiful spacious apartment where we could have had a great stay. However, currently the place is next door to a construction site. There we loud noises (a machine digging rocks away) all day. If you are out from 8-5 I don't think this is a big problem, but we were travelling with a 2-year old and spent quite some time in the apartment. We wish the owners had let us know in advance, because in this state the apartment is not good for renting. We left after 1 night to find a more quiet place. Normally, the apartment would definitely be 5 stars. Our experience unfortunately was only 1 star.

O apartamento está muito bem localizado e bem equipado. Há transporte público, autocarro e metro, para todas as regiões da cidade. Pode-se também caminhar para os principais pontos turísticos. Encontramos tudo o que precisávamos no apartamento, de talheres e utensílios de cozinha a máquina de lavar roupa. A comunicação com os anfitriões foi super rápida e eficaz. Há todo tipo de serviços e comércio na região. Nossa estadia teve duração de 6 noites. Gostamos muito e recomendamos.
