Ok for a one night stay

A bit difficult with the lack of English here. The couldn’t find our reservation to get through the entrance gate (while in our uber). There was no explanation about any amenities on check in (no communication except us filling out a form with passport info, which was in English). The view from the pool area was lovely. Most areas seem to need upgrades (pool decomposition in areas and tiles, the rooms are very dated). Drinks were not too overpriced. Overall, ok for a quick one night stay before leaving for the airport at 3am.

Property is great, but not well maintained as of March 2025. Pool bar is derelict, some power outlets didn't worked in the room. Price is fair, but don't expect a 4 star experience. Restaurant portions were large, but food quality was average.

The property is around the corner of the Historic Center, a beautiful place that must be visited. NEGATIVE ABOUT THE HOTEL: there is a R$4.00 reais fee charged for each tower one takes to use in the pool area. This service should not be charged and if so, it should be told at the check in and shown at the Expedia reservation page. The staff at the front desk are impolite and need to be better trained for problem solve. If you complain about anything, the become upset. The towers for the bed rooms are old and uncomfortable. There is no shower cap.

As áreas comuns do hotel são excelentes, porém parece estar abandonado no tempo. Os quartos são antigos e mal cuidados. A equipe não é agradável e cordial, principalmente na recepção. Chegamos de viagem à noite e vimos, em vários cartazes pelo hotel, que recebem pedidos do restaurante m até 22h40. Tomamos banho e fomos para o restaurante às 22h15. O garçom parecia incomodado com a nossa chegada nesse horário e fez pressão para pedirmos que já estavam encerrando. Conseguimos fazer o pedido e começamos a comer. Enquanto comíamos, os funcionários do restaurante já estavam apagando as luzes do salão, como se estivessem pressionando a nossa saída. O café da manhã é completo, mas não variam. Falam que é servido até às 10h. Têm serviço de tapioca feita na hora, mas se você chega 9h30 e pede uma tapioca salgada, a funcionária diz que não pode fazer pois está “próximo do horário de encerramento” e que só pode fazer as doces naquele horário. Presenciamos ainda o início da retirada do buffet do café da manhã por volta de 9h45, enquanto ainda estávamos comendo e servindo. Tudo que acontece nos corredores pode ser ouvido no quarto! Quase impossível dormir até mais tarde, caso queira! Os piso dos corredores são em relevo, então, quando alguém passa com malas, fazem um barulho muito alto. Tivemos, ainda, um evento com uma lagartixa no quarto.
