"Siamo stati all'inturotel esmeralda park per la prima volta. Quando siamo arrivati il wow é garantito. Di di fronte alla reception si estende una vista mozza fiato. Poi che dire servizio impeccabile (la stanza viene pulita tutti i giorni e il giardino é curatissimo). Il cibo é ottimo( le bibite e l'acqua non sono inclusi nella mezza pensione) e ogni giorno ci sono cibi diversi. "Bra hotell med bra service! Vi trivdes bra. Dock upplevde vi att det var väldigt varmt på rummet. Tydligen satte de på ”kylan” i rummet ett visst datum och inte innan det då vi behövde det. Det fanns många aktiviteter och pooler att använda/utnyttja och det var nära till stranden. "

"I have no complaints at all regarding the grounds of this hotel or the facilities available. The room was quite small and tired but adequate for a short break away. Swimming pools and grounds were lovely, can’t comment on food etc as we dined out each day after choosing the room only option. "Ein sehr gutes Familienhotel, viel Animation. Pool war für Mai zu kalt! Das Meer war wärmer. Daher wollte mein Sohn trotz Kinderpool Paradies nicht in den Pool. Der Pool für erwachsetwar gefühlt 5 Grad wärmer. Apartment Zimmer war groß, jedoch nicht richtig sauber gereinigt. Auf der Toilette war noch Kacke Reste vom Vorgast. Betten waren für uns unbequem da zwei günstige Einzelbetten zusammen geschoben. Zudecken waren dünn und Nachts war es trotz ausgeschaltener Klimaanlage kalt. "
