"Check in staff very helpful. Lift was out of order, but they reassigned me a room on a lower floor and carried my bags for me. Breakfast staff were amazingly efficient, I have not been in a HIE that has been this busy, but nothing was too much trouble and the restaurant girls were very quick."

"Our bedroom was in the older part of the hotel, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Our room was quiet even though you are above some of the other parts of the hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. It was a very relaxing hotel with great staff, "

"Very comfortable stay. Lovely comfy bed. Very quiet hotel considering where it is. Very friendly and helpful gentleman at check-in which was 10pm. This is my second stay to visit family. Ticks all the boxes. Maybe one negative is that my room was serviced on request but the bed was left unmade ??"

"Staff were friendly throughout. Hotel was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The spa was fabulous and a welcome addition after a day of walking in Winchester. This is likely more of a personal request but since they have communal changing areas, bigger towels for those guests that just can't quite fit normal towels would be an appreciated addition - it's the little things!
