"I’ve stayed here multiple times. My first ever capsule hotel, it’s cheap but it’s not worth it. It’s really dirty, the bathrooms and toilet toilets are disgusting. The AC in the pods is useless. There was sometimes a really horrid smell that would come out when using the showers, probably the water pipes. There are significantly better capsule hotels which are well maintained than this place. The security system could use a lot of improvement as well. Having stayed here numerous times I know...

"I checked out early due to being unable to use basic facilities like hot water. The rooms were dirty including the bed sheets and people / maintenance were in and out the room all night so any form of sleep was impossible. The staff were extremely unhelpful, have ignored my request for a refund or offered any solutions. I couldn’t reccomend this bleak place less"

"It was a basic room with basic amenities. However, multiple pantry room were available on all floors. The location of the stay was perfect, very close to the city center."

"The best thing about the Generator is the location. You can get to the sights easily. It was my first time staying in shared rooms with communal bath and shower. It's not for the introvert. I can see the allure for young people though. London is expensive and if you can save money while visiting the city then places like the Generators cater to your wallet."
