1. There were too many big suitcases in the room, leaving too few space to walk.
2. The cocoons were noisy, you could easily hear other people talk or bump their heads or moving a suitcase.
3. The cocoons were too hot and there was no way to regulate temperature
4. There was no cold water in the bathrooms, only very hot and half hot, half cold water. So if you want to fill up a bottle with water or take cold water for taking in medication you have to use half warm water which is very unpleasant.
5. The showers point too far in the shower rooms, making clothes and towels wet during the shower. There is no way to point the shower yourself. Apart from that, you have to tap the shower button every 5 seconds which is annoying. Make it 15 or 30 seconds. I get the idea of sustainability, but this is very unfriendly for guests and annoying even.
6. There was no space to store luggage in the hotel. I was referred to the Zedwell Hotel nearby at Piccadilly Circus but they tried to charge me £15 for storing my luggage. What a delusion and disappointment for storing your luggage for only a few hours!
7. I received a WhatsApp message of a phone number from India. The woman named “Anna” used a number belonging to a company named “CountryRoof”. It appeared to be a scam. I informed the staff about it, they told me not to respond to it. It was a day later, on my second day of stay, that I received an email that it was a scam. I don’t have trust in Zedwell anymore since my name, cellphone
