"Nuno the driver was very helpful and gave me video info where the hotel pickup was via WhatsApp. Similar to drop off, he made it understood what level we had to go to for departure. Nice to see someone like him with enthusiasm at pickup."

"The people at the reception desk were very organized to check us in and take our credit card but were clearly negligent to advise us that the air conditioning was not functional in our room. Their response to our complaint was "the technician is supposed to come and we'll let you know". Later that afternoon they told us the the air conditioning won't be repaired for our stay. "The hotel is superb. The facilities were clean. We arrived really late on a Saturday night, and the front desk person was super friendly. He answered our WhatsApp message and sent us photos and instructions on where to meet the shuttle and driver. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices in the buffet. We will definitely stay here when we’re back in Porto."

"Me encanto este lugar, me super impresiono lo limpio que estaba todo, el personal muy amable necesite mas toallas y enseguida que llame vinieron a traerlas, el chico de la recepción me ayudo a encontrar una tienda que estaba buscando, parqueo amplio, algo
Difícil de encontrar en el area, el restaurante tiene un menu variado con precios aceptables, y el buffet del desayuno muy bueno, los recomiendo 100% y repetiría sin dudas."
