"We were upgraded to a suite on the top floor. Staff were friendly. We only stayed one night as we had an early flight the next morning, so we didn't get to try the breakfast. The airport shuttle was efficient and the driver was helpful in pointing us toward departures."

"Room was clean, bathroom is spacious, shower pressure was very good. The hotel is right across the street from the Oriente station, which is only 3 stops from the airport. A shopping mall is right across the street from the hotel, which has a big supermarket and food court. "The people at the reception desk were very organized to check us in and take our credit card but were clearly negligent to advise us that the air conditioning was not functional in our room. Their response to our complaint was "the technician is supposed to come and we'll let you know". Later that afternoon they told us the the air conditioning won't be repaired for our stay.
