The evening/weekend staff is not helpful or friendly at all. I had a room reserved for three and needed to use the sofa bed but the room didn’t have any blankets or pillows for it. When I asked, I was told they were all out. How does a hotel run out of pillows and blankets? I asked for a third towel ...

Everything about the stay was great . Only one negative thought came to mind - The shower pan Was very slick and I could have very easily fell down had I not had the quick reaction to slipping
