Stayed in room 12 and the bed was horrible. Worn out mattress, bedding was old and scratchy and pillows in bad condition.

Overnight at Willows

Our stay was good, some small cosmetic issues in the room that needs attention. Overall its a great overnight spot when you’re on your way somewhere or needed to stay in Potchefstroom. Nice breakfast.

Great location. Across the road from the mall and restaurants next door as well as the hotels restaurant onsite. Rooms were nice, just the bathrooms are a bit dated with a shower in the bath, but otherwise it was good.

On check in I was accused of not paying but the actual fault was with Expedia. The staff were generally unfriendly. Our waiter at the pool actually opened my wifes drink with his teeth!!! Very unprofessional.
