"When I arrived I was told that the ADA shower bench I requested several weeks prior to arrival when I made my reservation through Expedia was not available. When I questioned what my options were, I was told to discuss my concerns and issues with the 3rd party I reserved my stay with Expedia. Not having a shower bench for the 5 day stay dramatically impacted my partners ability to shower daily. Not having booked with Hilton directly, I was told several times during my stay by the front desk...
