"¡Una joya de lugar, superó por completo nuestras expectativas! Nuestra estadía en Casa Roland estuvo súper de principio a fin. Para empezar, la habitación es un éxito rotundo: sumamente espaciosa, con una limpieza impecable y un ambiente muy agradable. Cuenta con un gran baño, refrigeradora y las camas están una delicia; nos tocó una habitación con dos camas Queen separadas y cada una viene con 4 almohadas excelentes, lo cual garantizó un descanso increíble. Además, el aire acondicionado...

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool was great with the sunset ocean view. Very nice small bar next to the pool. My overall stay was good. The only thing I notice is the everything is a little dated. Maybe in the future with a little love the hotel will be fabulous."

Lots of birds on the property, and stay includes a complementary bird tour on-site. We did all meals food plan; meals are basic, made with fresh ingredients and full portions. "Walkway from room to restaurant is very steep, uneven and without bars or rails. It a little dangerous for seniors. The food however is absolutely amazing. Franklin is great, helpful and friendly. Need to have coffee in the room. Need to have cups to drink water or coffee. Need grab bars in shower."

"Beautiful rainforest property with good birding opportunity, birds song, cicadas, and frogs, but "touristy", so the natural vibe gets ruined. It seems they cater to tour groups, so not very private or queit. Have to pay for 3 meals a day but on their schedule that's too late for serious birding and not as healthy as I'd prefer. I travel solo and do not enjoy sitting by myself or wasting time I could be out finding birds sitting in a restaurant. I go ut birding before daybreak so, lunch as late...
