"Was a good hotel, with nice bar/restaurant, but unfortunately the air con wasn’t working and heard from other guests it was an ongoing issue which made the night I stayed incredibly uncomfortable given the heat"

"We were made to wait for check in(understandable) but the service was cold. When we then checked in at 3pm and went to room it had yet to be made and was filthy from the previous guests. What is most annoying is what happened/didn't happen next. No customer care, no management, pretty poor all round. The lack of service or care ruined the experience. Would never book again"
