"I came in on a dreadfully hot day, and they helped me by getting a room so I could cool off. The room was nice and comfortable with ice-cold AC. The breakfast in the morning was also great. The shuttle to the airport was very helpful as well. The drawback to this hotel is it is most for those who are driving. It is a lovely town but pretty secluded for train travel."

"Stained carpets, weak AC, we upgraded rooms and found out the outer window shade didn’t work so the room was at 28°C even with the AC on full blast."

"Great rooms and excellent service. Breakfast was good too. Very close the railway station if you like to travel around the city and the locality. My only adverse comment would be in respect of noise from the station during the night. We had a room facing the station on the 15th floor. I would suggest that you try to get a room that doesn't face the station."

I kept telling him my air conditioner was not functioning the way it should and could somebody come and help me and nobody would budge and come to the room with me or send somebody up to the room to help they just told me what to do and figured I would take care of it myself, which eventually after two days of not having a cool room I figured it out.
