We had a non functioning hot water handle in the bathroom. The engineer couldn’t budge it without a wrench! Valley Forge Casino Resort
Casino was not lively but better than the stay, the room had no windows and they didn't give me the option of choosing a room with or without window, bed was comfortable though. No restaurants like advertised only eateries which all did not open until Friday. Location was NOT convenient

The Alloy King of Prussia - a DoubleTree by Hilton
Excellent customer service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful and so clean!! Would love to stay here again!
