"The customer service was amazing at Colee! We had arrived extremely early before the actual check in time and James at the front desk was amazing and had us checked into a room right away. We did have a little hiccup with the AC in the middle of the night but with a call to the front desk, a handyman was there in in less than 5 minutes and had the AC up and running!"

"Overall, the hotel is very nice. The staff is incredible and very helpful. The property and grounds are pretty close to immaculate. The restaurant onsite was decent but of course incredibly overpriced because why wouldn’t it be? It’s a hotel restaurant + inflation so it’s to be expected. The coffee shop was pretty fantastic and the staff is equally as fantastic! We stayed in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. It was…fine. It served its purpose. I guess the room was just underwhelming."
