A really great place to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had eveything you needed. Nice gardens to sit in with a view of the ocean, we will stay here again for sure.

The motel is a little dated but that did not effect our stay at all. The room was clean and quaint. We were close to where we needed to be. It's close to shopping and food and the. There was no A/C but there were 3 fans to keep us cool. Definately would stay there again.

Nice to have a well-stocked kitchen for cooking. Some of the outdoor benches and chairs really needed to be cleaned though, so we didn’t really get to enjoy the grassy area out front.

Michael, the owner was great but the property was not well maintained. The room was okay, minus some spiders and bugs. The surrounding "RV/Mobile Home" area was trashy. We understand that the place might be going up for sale and the family is very busy, but the location could only be rated as "Having portential"

Basic accommodation. Was given the wrong room key. Had to return to office for correct key as room already occupied. Fan in bathroom extremely noisy. But rooms were clean and beds reasonably comfortable. Door needs adjusting and door knob doesn’t work well.

The property was byilt in and around the 1940's and has never been upgraded. The only way this place could be fixed would be to bulldoze it and start fresh. There were spiders in the bathroom, old cracked linoleum on the floor in the kitchen area, filthy carpet, broken screens on the wondow, no AC, just two fans (which was helpful), and the water ran yellow. Will never stay here again and hope no one else goes through the excruciating experience of staying here.

I’m giving this a five star review, not because I think it’s a five star hotel, but because it was exactly what we needed and what I expected. The room was clean and fairly large, with everything we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean in the front and forest in the back. Extremely quiet. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom worked totally fine. Tv worked. Furniture and decor was definitely old, but no issues. Check in was easy and owner was very friendly. I’d definitely recommend.

Walked into the room and you can smeel the decades of smoke in the room. Rooms could use some updating, but it was good enough to sleep for a couple nights.

The photos do not accurately depict the condition of this property. It should be condemned. There are weird electrical cords running from under the carpet and baseboards that are definitely not to code. The water is yellow, has chunks in it and smells weird. The shower goes from hot to cold every 5 seconds while showering. It smelled like an ex smoking room. The owner made a snide remark about dog owners always having to travel with 2 dogs (like that makes a difference). His dislike for dogs was very apparent. The walls had yellow stains on them. The bed was as old as the property and there was no access to the ocean. (Seaside is a bit of a stretch). It’s gross, hot and smelly. I would not recommend it to anyone, ever. The cleaning staff are very nice - I feel for them having to work in a place like this.

It was close to where we needed to be. The inside was clean. The kitchen was sufficient. The bed was good. The bathroom needs some attention. The tiles around the toilet were loose. The screen on the bathroom window was broken. The area sidewalk by the suites, etc. needed sweeping/cleaning.
