"There is a feeling that the hotel isn't the safest. You park in the underground parkade which is nice but open to the public. When you get into the elevator to your floor you don't need a card so anyone can come into the parkade and enter the hotel without it being secure. Our room was at the end ..."

"Nice people working at the desk. Really liked the way they send you text messages asking if the room is acceptable. Did not care that room sink has no drain stop - when I asked maintenance he replied “it's a drain” it would be not to worry a out dropping things down the drain."
