"Stayed one night with my husband. Dapper gent at the desk was friendly and efficient, room was cozy and clean, bed super comfy, on-site restaurant was lovely. I'd have liked a mini fridge in the room and the shower pressure was just ok but like most yanks if I'd my druthers it'd be like a power washer so take that with a grain:) Otherwise a perfect stay. "

"Everything was perfect but they should have informed us of the work directly outside our room. Was woken up by builders drilling through a wall at 8 am! "

"Staff were great. Room was clean but sometimes there was no hot water and The staff had to turn on a pump. There was no receptionist so they wanted people to enter and exit through the pub which was awkward at night with teenagers clubbing. The music went late and there were up keep aspects of an old home needed."

"The room was very lovely!! Just VERY small. I couldn’t turn around or shut the door to the bathroom because of how small it was. This is a great place if you’re staying a night and passing through. Would stay here again. "

Staff were also very helpful during our stay. I used the gym one morning, had all of the basic equipment needed and had it to myself 👍"
