The Hotel Forza was a fantastic place to stay. Located a short tram ride from the Old Town and inexpensive. The staff were welcoming and spoke English, which was incredibly helpful as I have no Polish. The room was spotless and quiet. The curtains had blackouts. It was cold outside but lovely and warm in the room, and just in case there were spare blankets in the wardrobe. There was a large desk with a pull-out section for extra space and task lighting if required. The bathroom was large and well maintained and the shower had lots of hot water. Body wash and hand soap was complimentary. Linen & towels provided. A decent hairdryer was provided too. There is a Lidl within walking distance for supplies. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of continental meats, cheeses and salads. There was also a selection of pastries and bread. The cooked breakfast was basic - scrambled eggs, saveloys and baked beans. I didn't try the restaurant in the evenings. Recommended and excellent value for money. I will definitely stay here again.
