"My experience was just okay. I was on the second floor in a corner unit. The unit above me had serious construction work being done. It was extremely loud and unpleasant. It lasted for the majority of my stay and I never felt relaxed. I get that things need to be fixed or renovated. It would be better to block the adjacent rooms to properly accommodate your guest. I was not happy with my stay. I did call the front desk and all they did was acknowledge that construction was being done and...

"They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans.
Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!"

"Great hotel - but much further away from SJO than I realized. This is definitely off the beaten path, but it was a great way to kick off my vacation after arriving in the middle of the night. Beautiful grounds filled with mango trees and wildlife to walk off a great breakfast prepared by the hotel."
