"I loved my room it was spacious and cozy. If I required anything I just sent a text and they got it done. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I found it to be a great centeral location with trolly access just outside. Various amenities in the surrounding area."

Despite our room being next to the elevator bank, we never heard them. The breakfast was a great value, delicious, and included in the room cost. We had dinner the first night in the hotel restaurant and it was really good. The hotel was a 15-18 minute tram ride to the Old Town via a couple of different starting locations 5-6 minutes walk from the hotel. The river...

"Location was fantastic. We arrived earlier than the check in time and were able to store our bags while we explored. Quiet and clean!"

"When we hung the placard on the door to make up the room, although the bed was made, towels were still on the floor, no additional coffee or tea was provided, and the coffee cups were left unwashed. This was totally unacceptable. Also the terrace was available to those buying overpriced breakfast. Our bathroom sink didn't drain, the sink had a bar that was ready to fall apart as did the hangers. Save your money and book elsewhere."

The area of the hotel was super walkable, 3 minutes from a metro station and close to shops and restaurants. A lovely, affluent area of Prague!"
