Very clean, room was nice and modern but had a connecting door to an adjacent suite and we could hear absolutely everything, don’t book rooms 404 or 405 unless you have need for both.

The hotel needs some good cleaning and a little upgrades, chairs in the Lobby it’s worn out. The room was very nice, very clean and updated on other hand. The security guy was very helpful. Bcs it’s a self check in, no staff or support is provided, the check in experience was 1*. The room was ready for hours No one was able to update the check in code for us to check in.

The hotel was a very easy walk from the main train station. Our room and bathroom were clean, nice, and quiet. The shower was excellent. There was tea and coffee in the room. There were two bottles of sparkling water in the room for us, however one had already been opened and almost all of it had been drunk. We let the hotel contact know and another bottle was delivered quickly.

Das Zimmer Personal hat sich nicht gut um das Zimmer gekümmert. Das Kissen war am Boden, die leere Flaschen sind nicht entfernt und nicht ersetzt worden. Das benutze Glas wurde nicht entfernt. Kosmetik Tücher wurden nicht befühlt worden. Daher war ich enttäuscht

Good location to explore Prague. The rooms were clean and the aircon worked well in the extreme heat. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a large fridge to keep our drinks cold. The restaurant on the ground floor served good evening meals. The only small improvement I would mention was breakfast buffet.

Fantastic stay! The nicest hotel I've stayed at in Prague. Actually, I was just on long business trip thay involved five hotel staus aroud Europe. This was easiky the nicest! Quiet, comfortable, and clean in the heart of town. Mattress was very comfortable, coffee machine was great and everything was perfect. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Prague.

We were “reaccommodated” at the last minute from Maestro by Adrez to The Botanist by Adrez. We had already arrived at Maestro when we received that unwelcome message. As it turned out, though, the accommodations at The Botanist were much better! We very much enjoyed our room there and the surroundings (restaurants and shops just out the door). We wished we had a stay there that was longer than one night. We stayed at the Maestro for one night earlier the same week. It was an easy walk to/from the train station, which was helpful, but the surroundings were pretty bare. It was about a 10 minute walk to a shops and restaurants area. Both properties were nice but we did not like the all digital communications at all. While they do their best to respond quickly, it still ends up costing the hotel guest more time and frustration than it would with a check in desk, especially when you’re “reaccommodated” or any other issues come up.

Esperienza negativa. Non ci è stato consentito di anticipare il check-in di qualche ora con 40° e una donna incinta. Stanza tenuta malissimo e sporca con porta del bagno rotta e pezzi mancanti. La ventola del bagno, che si accendeva con la luce, emanava un puzza di muffa. Unica nota positiva la vicinanza al centro

It will be helpful to have a receptionist since was a bit hassle to do the online registration. Specially while you traveling on a long flight with jet lag and a bit tire to be dealing with online registration and booking issues.

Very disappointing experience at Hotel Maestro by Adrez. The problems started before we even arrived, when we had difficulty accessing the digital key and the hotel gave us a hard time rather than simply helping us resolve the issue. When we arrived, the room was dusty, the bathroom was dirty, and the appliances in the room were not properly cleaned. The AC was also not working, and the hotel confirmed to us that there was an AC problem throughout the entire building. The soundproofing is extremely poor. We could clearly hear conversations in the neighboring rooms and every time people opened or closed their doors. What was most frustrating was the hotel’s response. We explained all of these problems and asked to be moved to another room or offered some type of resolution. They refused and offered us no meaningful alternative or compensation. For the price and the way this property presents itself, we expected basic cleanliness, functioning AC, reasonable soundproofing, and better customer service. Unfortunately, we received none of those things. I would not recommend staying here.

The self checkin process was great. We had some issues with the link (do it 24+ hrs in advance) and the code, but the support staff contacted by WhatsApp messages were on it, and got us into our rooms seamlessly. Room was great - clean, well-kept, in great condition, modern. Note that being a self-check in hotel, it is a great exploration home-base, and it's not a fancy hotel with front desk staff and pampering, which is evident in the pricing. It's great value for a quality stay while you explore one of the best cities in Europe.
