Whenever I travel to Prague, this is where I stay. The service is outstanding. Upon arrival you are personally welcomed by a member of staff and taken to sit down. Check in proceeds like a friendly chat, alongcwith complimetary beverages that are available throughout your stay. The hotel itself is in a beautifully maintained historic building and is meticulously maintained and impeccably clean. Rooms are well appointed and the beds are so comfortable it makes you want to get one for home. The included breakfast is amazing with a wide selection of food ranging from strudel, to traditional cakes, right through to all the items you would see in a western hotel breakfast buffet. Add the fact that once again you are personally looked after by a member of the ever attentive staff and you will find yourself never wanting to leave. The quiet location of the hotel is just a short 5 - 6 minute stroll to the main square in the old town. Perfect for enjoying the best Prague gas to offer.

I chose this hotel because of the incredible service reviews — and they were absolutely spot on. From the moment I checked in until the moment I left, the service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Every staff member went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and their attention to detail truly made the stay exceptional. The location is unbeatable as well. It’s within easy walking distance to all the major sights in Prague — the Astronomical Clock, Old Town, Charles Bridge, and even the castle. We were able to explore everything on foot, which made the trip even more enjoyable. They also arranged airport transportation seamlessly, which made arrival and departure completely stress-free. I’m so glad I chose this hotel. You really can’t go wrong with this one!

WOW—the service at this beautiful and well-maintained hotel is outstanding. From Frank, the owner, to the amazing team (like Victoria and Stefan), you feel incredibly welcome. This is my second time at Agnes and will not be my last – because the experience is incredible! This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location, with unbeatable service from the kindest people who are genuinely obsessed with ensuring the stay is exactly perfect for whatever you want. I would give six stars if I could to Hotel Agnes. Our family of 7 stayed here for five days and the staff catered to our every need. They are very careful not to badger you if you do not want any help but we greatly appreciated the attention. From coffee and desserts upon our early arrival to the wonderful breakfast each morning to the afternoon coffee or beer to the extremely comfortable beds/pillow, there was not one thing I could fault this hotel. The owner was ever present assisting and keeping a watchful eye. The facility itself was charming and immaculate with attention to ensuring a comfortable ambiance. I could list many instances where this hotel exceeded expectations, but I don’t want to spoil it for future visitors.

Nice big room with a good shower. The location was perfect for our trip. Excellent breakfast and nice wine before dinner. We felt safe and walked everywhere. The check in was very good. The staff took care to make sure we had all our questions answered and organized concerts for us and dinners every night. Would love to stay here again.

Sin duda un lugar exelente. Muchas gracias a cada uno del personal. Hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera maravillosa. Nos recibieron con agua o copa de vino.
