Todo está excelente , muchas gracias por la estancia sin duda estaremos de regreso . Quiero hacer un agradecimiento personal al personal llamado carlos , tuve la oportunidad de ir al gym en el hotel de la misma cadena y fue una persona que me ayudó mucho . De kamer was netjes, het personeel vriendelijk. Alleen was de kamer veel te warm en rook het naar eten. Verder prima. De enige oplossing die de receptie bood was raam openzetten omdat het binnen klimaat wordt centraal geregeld. Wat voor mij wel een reden is om er niet meer naar toe te gaan

Great hotel - love the overall look and feel of it, and the staff were very helpful. Room was larger than expected (we got the basic one) and pleasantly surprised by the mini bar and prices. Breakfast buffet a definite strength, with a great variety of food being constantly replenished. The hotel somehow managed to be a twenty minute walk from most places we wanted to be, we didn't get any kind of public transport while in Prague aside from to/from the airport. Only negative for me was that the bedroom was too hot, but I run warm and as soon as I realised I could open the window that resolved it. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr sauber, die Einrichtung sehr schön, das Personal auch sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Zum Frühstück kann ich keine Bewertung geben, da das Frühstück nicht in Anspruch genommen wurde. Mein Mann und ich wurden mit eine sehr aufmerksame und persönliche Überraschung mit Karte und Sekt zum Geburtstag überrascht. Das ist eine wunderbare Geste des Hotels. Ich würde daher aufgrund der guter Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, tollen Service, Sauberkeit und guter Lage weiter empfehlen.

I had a thoroughly exceptional stay at this hotel in Prague. It strikes a rare balance: modern in all the ways you want — clean lines, sleek finishes, seamless service yet dotted with quirky touches and subtle nods to retro style that give it real character. It felt unique without ever trying too hard. The service was superb throughout. Every interaction was warm, efficient and confident, setting a reassuring tone from the moment I arrived. My room was immaculate and comfortably designed, with those little retro accents that made it feel more thoughtful than your standard hotel space. The location was spot on. Well placed and within easy walking distance of so many sights, it made exploring the city simple and enjoyable. The lounge area was a genuine highlight, stylish, inviting, and beautifully put together. I found myself lingering there far longer than intended because the atmosphere was just that pleasant. I also took advantage of the spa, which was calming, pristine, and exactly what you want after wandering Prague’s cobbled streets all day. Overall, my stay felt smooth, enjoyable, and unmistakably well-curated. It’s the kind of hotel that gets the details right, and it shows. I left already planning my next visit. Highly recommended.

The Hotel is clean. Staff is very friendly in accommodating. Efficient and location is great for shopping, viability, and transportation. However, the room design is very bizarre with a strange and teeth of a Young girl and my room, and appears that this motif is reoccurring and every room, very odd design, and a little creepy.

We stayed for 4 nights at Mosaic House in October. Our room: a comfort double facing the inner courtyard. The room was spacious, quiet, impeccably clean with a comfy, large chaise lounge/daybed (in addition to the beds). A large bathroom with shower. A perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring Praha. Housekeeping was thorough and done daily. The hotel: well-appointed boutique hotel, with a funky yet serene lobby with lounge, library, bar/café. We had our afternoon coffee and desserts there and appreciated the dessert recommendations and friendly service from all the staff, especially Akzhaiyk and Jessa. They also gave us shopping recommendations and chatted with us about Praha. The location: in a word, ideal. Just far enough from the busy touristy areas of Old Town, but within walking distance (15-16 mins) to the Charles Bridge. The Myslikova tram stop is on the street in front of the hotel, and around the corner block is Karlovo Namesti, a transit stop for several tram lines and a Metro (subway station). Lots of restaurants, shops, markets within a short walk of the hotel. The area felt very safe. The breakfast: this was included with the price of the room and was excellent, served in a light-filled dining room facing the street. So many delicious choices with cooks/chefs on-site: quiches, frittatas, eggs, sausage, bacon, salads, veggies, yogurts, breads and pastries galore, cold cuts, fruits, every coffee drink and juice you could think of. And more.

Lovely hotel, great location. We had a superior room with balcony so had brilliant views across the city, it faced the back of the hotel so was really quiet apart from some ongoing works in the surrounding areas, which didn’t bother us as Prague has quite a lot of work ongoing at the moment. The room was cleaned every day and the water, both still and sparkling replaced, which was a nice touch. The only very small negative we had was the inability to lower the temperature, the in room leaflet had advised it was set to 21 degrees, ask if you needed it turned up, we found the room incredibly warm at night, I guess we could have perhaps asked to have it turned down but like I say, it was a very small negative for an overall excellent stay and would stay again.

Hotel boutique com atmosfera bem envolvente, funcionários extremante prestativos e quartos sempre limpos. O café da manhã é farto e bem variado. A localização é excelente, perto do centro histórico, dos “Prédios Dançantes” e da Ponte Carlos.
