Beautiful old bank building in a great location. Unfortunately, there were steps without great hand rails leading up to the front door and no easy alternative for luggage. We had to wait for a (really friendly) porter to help.

I went to Prague, this hotel, with my son. It’s an amazing hotel, very relaxing atmosphere with an excellent breakfast buffet which has everything for every taste. The swimming pool and sauna are excellent and clean. Staff are very caring, polite and welcoming. For the first time they had a celebration on Christmas Eve ( the hotel manager told me that was their first time), 4 hours of dinner with live music( a violinist and a singer who did their performances as solo, also sometimes together) both excellent performance. My only suggestion would be to make sure everyone can see the performers, I couldn’t see because our table was behind a curtain, which could’ve been avoided very easily. This was I’m sure because it was the first time of this celebration in the hotel. Otherwise it was great. This was our second time to go to Prague and to this hotel. On both occasions we had an amazing time. Thank you

We specifically booked this hotel and this room because it was advertised as having a bathtub in the room. After checking in and being put in room with no tub, I talked to front desk staff who said they were totally booked for the weekend and we couldn’t switch rooms.

It was the perfect hotel to go around Prague. It is very conveniently located for tourist attractions and shopping. The staff were amazing! The breakfast and dinner were excellent.
