Good location

The room is pretty ok if you are traveling yourself. Location is good, 5-10 mins walking distance to city centre. Room is clean… the only thing I don’t feel good is, there is not sun curtains… so you will be awaked by the sunlight…

Best Service Ever

This place was super accommodating. I left my phone in an Uber and 5 of the people at the desk tracked on my phone, Uber and even drove us a half hour away to retrieve it. Could not be more pleased. Breakfast was great, too!

Hotel is lovely, staff were friendly, food was good. Had an issue that our room kept tripping (4 times) out due to an old socket or two apparently, given the heat this meant our room was overly hot, whilst the staff were quick to reset the fuseboard, we were not offered a different room to avoid this entirely. I would suggest after the first time this should have been suggested.

Friendly staff

We had a one night stay before going to the airport, booked family room for 4, on arrival only double bed was ready and not for our children but just went to reception and it was solved very quickly. All staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Didn’t have a breakfast so can’t comment on that. Didn’t really go out of the hotel so not sure about location too, we just had it for a sleepover to get to the airport. I had perk 20% off restaurant which worked pretty well as the restaurant was pretty overpriced, food was ok, service friendly.

There is no space to put your luggage in your room, except for the floor. Bathrooms are made for disabled people, so when you shower, there's water allover the place. Quiet rooms (facing the hill, away from the street), which is great for a weary business woman/man. They ask you for an online check-in, and even after filling out the form, upon check-in you have to do it allover again. Then what's the purpose of doing all the work yourself ?

Good stay and a good beginning but we have been charged for the (we thought free) welcome drinks and chips. We got an upgrade to a superior room which was great. Clean big rooms with a small balcony. Very nice Hotel and very good breakfast. Not ready for complaints. On Google we received an answer to send a mail but no answer at all...

Great stay

Great value hotel. Room faced the road and was a little noisy, however would highly recommend a stay here. Short walk to a tram stop so very convenient to get anywhere across the city easily

When we arrived the guy on reception wasn’t helpful. Only 2 sockets working in the bedroom. The complimentary coffee wasn’t in the room so I had to ask for it twice. The cleaner woke us up both mornings being noisy. On the last day she knocked three times and I kept having to tell her to stop knocking.
