I booked a junior suite - and not even a free bottle of water was included. The room is very noisy, I can hear the neighbors when switching on the lights. And the light sensor in the bathroom was working in reverse - not switching on when someone is in the bathroom, and switching on for no reason when I was in bed, with the result of waking me up. On the other hand, the room was quite clean and spacious.

Esperienza molto positiva in questo hotel: suite famigliare molto spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa. Eccellente il servizio di ristorazione con una buona scelta sia a colazione che a cena. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Per fini turistici l'hotel non è centralissimo (si trova a Praga 4), ma è ben servito da mezzi pubblici (bus e metro).

It was very close to the train station that heads towards Letnany. The station being so close by made it easy to tour around the city to go sight seeing. The hotel is very clean and the staff are helpful and kind. Breakfast in the mornings was a nice start to the day.
