Hotel has 4 story . There is Nov Working elevator , you need to carry your luggage and ur self over 60 stairs of your room in third floors. Staff were helpful and good breakfast. Also hotel is on the step hills; Be aware of this if you are middle age. .

Awesome breakfast A little different with the keys than most hotels you have a real key and only one which made it hard to separate the group but you can leave at desk for others in your party Shower was teeny-tiny and not a lot of outlets However it was economical, breakfast was so good every day. Place was in a great location had a cool vibe great staff and I would definitely stay there again

Nice, clean, big room. No AC, though. Which could be hard for some folks especially in the middle of summer. Otherwise, perfect location to walk to major historical sites. Friendly and attentive staff.

The location is the main selling point, followed closely by the beautiful decor. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and there was a great variety of breakfast options. I would have stayed longer if I could, and I’ll definitely be back as soon as possible.

El hotel está tal cual las fotos, encantador y bien ubicado, a los pies del Castillo y cerca del Puente de San Carlos, con muchos negocios interesantes alrededor, como el restaurante histórico Hostinec U Dvou sluncu (Posada de los dos soles), cocinando delicioso y está a muy buen precio. La habitación muy linda y cómoda y el desayuno bueno, aunque pudiera tener más variedad. El personal es muy joven y atento. Sólo tuvimos dos inconvenientes, el ascensor no funcionaba y nos asignaron en el piso 4, pero un joven que también es recepcionista por las tardes nos subió el equipaje. El otro problema fue que el segundo día no había café para la máquina, pero la recepcionista, que también está al pendiente del desayuno, nos ofreció café expreso. Yo crei que sí volvería.

Breakfast is fantastic. Rooms are beautiful, stained glass windows and they open. Not the most comfortable bed. Quiet part of town and walking distance to the abbey.

조용하고 체코의 분위기를 제대로 느낄수 있어 넘 좋았다. 특히 수도원과 프라하성을 산책하듯이 다녀올 수 있어 구시가지를 안방 거닐듯이 다녀본 느낌은 평생 잊못할 기억이 될듯하다. 약간 오르막에 있어 택시 이동이 아니면 캐리어 바퀴가 힘들어할것이지만 그마저도 상쇄시키는 분위기와 조식 모두 만족스러웠다.

Perfect stay

Very unique and amazing hotel. Charming and in a great location right next to presidential complex\ cathedral. The staff was also incredible and friendly. We would love to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was adorable, with exposed beams and stained glass. The only complaint would be the small shower, but the staff and the overall experience made up for this. The hotel is located perfectly, quiet and peaceful. I do wish we would have gotten the breakfast as it looked gorgeous. Maybe it was worth the 20 euro each? I would recommend this place to all my friends.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They assisted with booking taxis and day tours as well as making sure we had a great overall experience. Romana at the front desk was fabulous. Very helpful and kind.
