"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit.
from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"This property did not feel like a hotel at all. The overall setup and atmosphere were more like a shelter than a hotel. There were many young teenagers hanging around the lobby area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable.
The room did not have air conditioning and was not properly cleaned. The television was very small, offered only a limited number of channels, and most of them were in German. There was no hair dryer in the room and not even a proper place to hang clothes.

"Overall the hotel is great and it’s located a bit outside the center of prague. Car is mandatory. Because of the size of the hotel , it mostly attracts big groups to keep its occupancy high, that means during breakfast hours , it gets quite busy which was the only negative thing. "Mooi hotel, gelegen aan park en vrij centraal in Praag. Metro vlak bij en tram stopt er goor de deur.
Kamer was erg ruim en klassiek ingericht. Dese werd elke dag tijdens m'n afwezigheid opgeruimd en opgefrist door het kamerpersoneel.
Enige minpunten waren de niet goed werkende, luidruchtige airco en de gordijnen, die niet goed sloten en veel licht doorlieten. Zeker in de zomer onhandig met zonsopkomst om 4:30.."
