Por ejemplo, la habitación que nos dieron tenía problemas de humedad que se taparon con pintura pero se nota el olor cuando no está encendido el aire acondicionado. El resto todo muy bien, el personal excelente, muy atento. El restaurante también muy bien tanto en la parte del patio como en la playa. Con un poquito de mejoras quedaría una propiedad excelente. "

"Had a lovely stay here, staff were really nice and super helpful and the facilities were great for the price. We were unable to use the pool at the time we were staying as it wasn’t ready but that’s not the end of the world. My main issue isn’t with the hotel at all but with the location, located in a relatively rural part of fortaleza you have to be prepared to uber anywhere you wish to go whether groceries or dining and we were not prepared for this when we arrived. "Ibis hotel is very well located for business, near the event center, the airport and the shopping centers. It has taxi all the time and uber is easy. The room is small but enough. "The place was filthy, with bugs, broken furniture, dirty sheets and towels. I paid for 8 days but left on the first day. I had to pay for a different hotel. Tried to call and communicate with them.
