Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Middleton - Madison West
8/10 Good
"The following comments are in regard to our stay on wed oct 14th. On the morning of thur oct 15th we went down for breakfast. There were apparently 3 or 4 employees working the breakfast buffet. One of them was making pancakes for the other employees, while ignoring customers waiting to use the pancake maker. We overheard her ask her fellow employee "how many do you want?", to which her fellow employee answered "four" (all spoken in Spanish). They were bringing the food in the back room. We finally gave up and just found something else to eat. In the other hotels where we stayed, there was only one staff working in the breakfast room, refilling the food and making sure the guests were being prioritized. They were not helping themselves to coffee and the pancake maker in full view of the guests. I spent many years working in the hotel management industry. This situation constitutes a breach in (1) professional conduct, (2) customer service, and (3) maintaining a sanitary dining environment."

"New hotel with a fun theme. The property is gorgeous and very clean. The onsite restaurant was expensive but tasty. The onsite bars close very early. All staff members were nice and helpful."

"Loved the great service, friendly staff, pet friendly and the hot tub! We like it had the breakfast option! Gave it 4 stars due to the breakfast not being the greatest."

"This is such a beautiful hotel that our entire family loved. The two pools and hot tub were hits from all our kids in different ages, and us adults loved the remodeled hotel and the different Wisconsin facts and images through out the hotel."
