"My stay at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center started on a positive note. "Spent over $800 to stay here for 3 nights and it was a terrible experience. Literally just scam you for every dollar. Paid parking which they didn’t explain, over priced drinks with 20% automatic tip, and someone charging alcohol to my room at the pool (which I disputed and was later refunded). This hotel sucks. Total waste. The pool is the only good thing about it."

"The rooms were cleaned but drove about 7 hours and booked this hotel because of the pool. We checked in Wednesday night and nobody told us the pool was not working. Thursday morning I even asked staff if they had towels by the pool and said yes. Come to find out the pool was closed. Nobody mentioned to me or on their website the pool was not opened."
