"We had a number of issues with our stay at this hotel.
First, the pool was closed when we were there despite being advertised on Hotels.com. We would have booked a different option from the start had this hotel been advertised properly.
But more importantly, we ran into a number of accessibility issues with our stay. I had broken my foot earlier that week, so we called the hotel to receive an accessibility room which the hotel confirmed. Upon arrival, we did not receive an accessibility room and had to walk down to the front desk on a broken foot to change rooms.
We also booked this hotel because its rooms had two beds to sleep alone with a broken foot. When we asked for blankets for the second bed, the front desk said housekeeping could bring some in the morning. In the morning, housekeeping didn't provide anything, so we followed up again during the day. Again, we didn't receive blankets, so we followed up with the evening front desk staff who said they didn't even know where they kept the blankets and aren't allowed to leave the front desk anyways so we're out of luck. This went on day-after-day throughout our stay.
Part way through our stay, we contacted Hilton's corporate office to advise about our accessibility issues and they said they'd contact the hotel, but this did not result in any change in our experience during our stay.
Near the end, we spoke with the Manager about our experience who was not sympathetic. This was our worst hotel experience yet..."
