The price was low, which is what I was looking for. The room I was in was nothing like the pictures posted and felt run-down and dirty. They have ice machines but none of them work. Signs posted to get ice at main office, but they don't have any either. They have a coffee machine like the one posted in the pictures, but no coffee is being served. I only stayed one night and stayed about 9 hours total. I would probably come back again, but if my wife was with me, I don't think she would go for it.

Room was dirty and the heater did not work; there was a space heater in the room instead. Totally unacceptable, and they would not refund my money. My mistake, I should have looked at the room before handing over my credit card. Do not stay there.

It was a great layover place for us. Our sons live in Abq and we will in Chicago area. We usually drive straight thru but due to some medical issues this past year we needed to make out trip a two day one. 7 Boutique Hotel fit the need perfectly. We checked in with Amy at the front desk and also checked out with her the next morning. We would stay again and are pleased that they are family owned.

It was not what I expected. The bathroom had hair on floor and in the tub. There were children's clothes in the drawer. Towels did not appear clean.

Only gave 1 star because I can't give 0. I wish I would have taken more pics. This place is NOTHING like it makes it out to be. Yes, it was a cheap stay but I don't even think I got what we paid for. We had a total of 3 rooms between us. One of them was smelly, one of them had roaches and none of them were CLEAN. The towels were stained. The non-smoking areas were DRENCHED in smoke. Hair in the tub, even the toilet paper holders were rusty and dirty! I was FULLY clothed when sleeping and didn't sleep too well. The room across the hall from me was ALWAYS partially open and there was trash sitting outside the room next to me for 2 days we were there. Nothing was clean! The woman at the front desk was not friendly. The ceilings above the cement filled pool were about to cave in and the non-working ice machines looks like a health hazard. I have NO idea how ANYONE gave this place more than one star. KEEP DRIVING! DO NOT STAY HERE! Not until they start charging a little more a night and put money into the property. I supposed they mean well? Comes off LAZY.

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no one available to check us in. I looked all over the hotel to find someone to check me in. I rang the bell several times and visited with another guest who said she hadn't seen anybody at the check in desk for over an hour. Finally, a lady comes out and is extremely rude because I had awakened her from her sleep to check me in. I have never been treated in a more unprofessional manner. Our hotel room had no hot water so we couldn't take a shower. The stool ran and ran and wouldn't stop. The microwave was dirty. We found a staple in the carpet and a red sequin on the sheets. The bathroom fan was very loud. We were told it was a non smoking hotel and yet there was a horrible odor from cigarette smoke. The towels were old and scratchy. Someone knocked on our door two different times and then ran away. There was no one available to talk to about this issue. The room appeared unkept and had a definite odor. We had difficulty sleeping because we were worried about the cleanliness of the room.

Large room and comfortable bed. Had refrigerator which was nice. No hair dryer and the towels were so thin and small. Water pressure was low. It is what it is for the price.

First room we got had an enormous amount of nasty hair in bathroom and in toilet. Staff was not very friendly. 2nd room was dirty, tv didnt work and shower was luke warm. WOULD NOT STAY THERE!!!

The hotel served its' purpose after being on the road for 10 hours. The front desk person came out in a tattered bathrobe and night clothes, but I did roll in after 10:40pm. She was polite and efficient. The center atrium smelled horrible as did the main lobby. The building has obviously had better days. I got into my room which was old and worn, slept in my clothes because I was afraid to take my luggage in with me for fear of cockroaches. If I wasn't so tired, I would have gone elsewhere. But, the heat worked and the water ran. I slept for about 4 hours before I had to be back on the road. I got what I paid for.
